This manual describes about the website with universal design towards empowring the persons with disabilities. It helps in creating awareness about the essential accesibility features that can be incorporated while developing website to make it user friendly for persons with disabilities. The content mainly focus on universal design, accesibilty and its need, STQC features and incorporating accesibility features in website.
